If you become a client, we collect the financial records needed to perform bookkeeping services under a written engagement agreement.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (such as form processing, email, and accounting software), who are bound to confidentiality, or where required by law.
Client information is handled through secure, access-controlled systems, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. Financial records are maintained in QuickBooks Online under access controls.
You can ask us to correct or delete your contact information at any time by emailing us. Text and email communications include the ability to opt out.
